Information on my Legal Fees
Agreement on the feesAt the occasion of our first meeting or telephone conversation, we also talk about the fees to be expected in your case and agree upon an individual fee arrangement. This way, you are in the position to budget your expenses.
Hourly ratesAs a general rule, my legal services are charged on an hourly basis. The hourly rates are depending on the amount at stake and the complexity of your case. However, normally the hourly rates range between CHF 290.00 and CHF 380.00. Of course, a cap can be fixed.
Flat ratesFor some services (such as establishing a company, the registration of a trademark or drafting contracts and deeds) a flat fee can be agreed upon. This facilitates your budgeting.
